You should register with TRACS if you import, supply, sell or fit tyres or if you collect or reuse waste tyres.

• TRACS costs you less than other schemes for registration and administration.


• TRACS members are exempt from having to submit reports to the local authorities on a quarterly and annual basis.


• All information given to TRACS is totally secure and confidential. TRACS uses best practise in security & data management systems to ensure that any information submitted by members is kept completely confidential and secure. Strict controls ensure no information can be reproduced other than in aggregate as required under the Regulations.

• Members can submit tyres by weight instead of by unit if that is preferred..
