Who should Register with TRACS? You should register with TRACS if you import, supply, sell or fit tyres or if you collect or reuse waste tyres.
BENEFITS OF REGISTERING WITH TRACS:
- You will fulfill your obligations under the Waste Management Regulations;
- You will be exempt from having to submit reports and information to the local authorities on a quarterly and annual basis; and
- You pay less in registration fees and less in administration

2010 FEES
- Importers: 8c per unit of tyre that you import
- Retailers: Flat fee of €20 + VAT per annum plus €5 per additional premises
- Waste Collectors: Flat fee of €20 + VAT per annum
- Farmers: Free & all paperwork done on receipt of tyres from the waste collector
